For weight

1 Clean & Jerk

Athletes will have 10 minutes to establish a 1 rep max clean & jerk. Only one athlete may lift at a time. The score will be the total of the max lifts from both athletes.

At the end of the 10 minutes, athletes immediately begin CHERRY-B.

Workout: STOUT

AMRAP 12 min

10 Pull Ups
Unbroken Front Squats

Relay style couplet. The workout begins with athlete 1 performing both movements in the couplet. When athlete 1 drops the bar, athlete 2 begins on pull ups. Athletes alternate for the duration of the workout. Pull ups must be completed but are not included in the score.

The score will be the total weight moved in the front squats (reps x weight). Each athlete may choose their weight for the front squats. The chosen weight may not be changed after the workout begins.

Workout: RHUBARB

AMRAP 12 min

Min 0-3 (F) Run 400m then max reps of shoulder to overhead @ 65#
Min 3-6 (M) Run 400m then max reps of shoulder to overhead @ 95#
Min 6-9 (F) Run 400m then max reps of shoulder to overhead @ 85#
Min 9-12 (M) Run 400m then max reps of shoulder to overhead @ 115#

The clock will run continuously during the workout. Athlete 1 begins the workout with by running 400m and completing as many reps of shoulder to overhead as possible until the clock reads 3 minutes. At 3 minutes, athlete 1 rests while athlete 2 runs 400m and completes as many reps of shoulder to overhead as possible until the clock reads 6 minutes. The second round proceeds in the same fashion, but with heavier weight. The resting athlete should increase their partner's weight while their partner runs.

The score will be the total number of shoulder to overhead completed by both athletes.

Relay style chipper. Each station must be completed before advancing. Only one athlete may work at a time. The reps can be split between athletes however they choose.

This workout is one round for time, but will have a 10 minute time cap. At the end of 10 minutes, each rep not completed will be added as 1 second to calculate the scored time.
